Great bike shop with helpful staff. Conveniently located for riding the Golden Gate Bridge, waterfront and Golden Gate Park. The bike was in great condition. I highly recommend them.

had an excellent experience renting bikes in San Francisco! The whole process was smooth and fast, the staff were extremely friendly, and the bikes were in top condition — clean, safe, and very comfortable. The price was fair, and definitely worth it for the quality of service. They also gave me fantastic tips on the best routes, including how to cross the Golden Gate Bridge and enjoy the beautiful views of the bay. Riding through San Francisco on these bikes was truly unforgettable. Highly recommended if you want a reliable bike rental and a great way to explore the city!
Monica

A great experience, grateful for your service, I recommend them, always attentive to any detail and very good attention.

Absolutely dreadful bike given to me. I have ridden a lot of bikes in my life (from the cheapest to decently expensive), none have been this dreadful. Genuinely felt no confidence in the stability of the bike when riding on the smallest cracks in the road. I have been biking for over 20 years and it is the only time I felt stressed on a bike. This is completely unacceptable and they should honestly have better quality bikes if their minimum asking price is roughly $35. I would not recommend this place unless you want to have the most frustrating bike over the Golden Gate Bridge. Unprofessional and truly disappointing.
